An international company active in the food sector and based in Namur is currently looking for a Quality Manager who will be steering the teams on site.

As Quality Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive implementation of quality standards, certifications, and audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and international food safety standards
  • Introduce new products and materials in collaboration with various departments, focusing on quality and customer requirements
  • Manage and train the QA & QC team, ensuring proper implementation of quality control processes
  • Collaborate with other departments and optimize operational procedures, contributing to continuous improvement projects
  • Communicate and manage food safety incidents and crises, providing leadership in customer interactions and maintaining strong communication within the organization.

About you:

  • You have a master’s degree (mandatory) in Engineering
  • You have at least 10 years experience and you have already managed a team
  • You are familiar with HACCP
  • You are fluent in French and English. Dutch is an asset.
