Freelance Quantity Surveyor opportunity - Waterloo Area,

Quantity Surveyor Required Urgently on a temporary basis (6-8 Months) for a construction client that is a Mid-Tier contractor that deliver a mix of Resi projects, decarb/remediation works & cladding, heritage and commercial fitout Projects up to £12m, sweet spot is £1m - £4m. They are based in Waterloo and will require the Quantity Surveyor to be office based 5 days a week.

The Quantity Surveyor will be working on ? 2 or 3 - PCSA contracts.

What the Quantity Surveyor role involves ? Appointing consultants for the company design phase, procuring key subcontractors such as scaffolding and cladding, attending DTM?s with our design managers, ensuring that the budget is tightly controlled, producing CVR’s and cost reports - both for company and client project reports, carrying out valuations and applications, subcontractor payments.

Alongside, getting on with the team and showing willing to progress for when more work is secured there is the opportunity for the Quantity Surveyor to go permanent.
