We are looking for enthusiastic and eager to learn young graduates to join our traineeship program in February 2022.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Recruitment is a highly rewarding, challenging and fast paced career! Your first 6 weeks will consist of intensive training in recruitment. You will be coached, monitored & advised by our Subject Matter Experts to work effectively as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Trainee.

Your day/life at VeroTech

  • General Engineering knowledge
  • Writing vacancy’s using your creativity to attract the right talent
  • Sourcing and screening Engineering Talents profiles
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Candidate generation & recruitment tools
  • Using social media in order to attract talents
  • You will be an ambassador of VeroTech

You can make the difference if you have

  • Master degree in HR, Psychology or a Master and interest in recruitment
  • First experience during student jobs/internships or 1 to 2 years of exp in recruitment
  • Strong motivation to enter the world of Recruitment
  • Entrepreneurial, dynamic and commercially minded individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player, resilient, driven and mature individual
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
