A release coordinator needs to:

- be able to understand new projects on a high level both functional as technical (so needs to understand business needs and impact, and I(C)T set-up and risks)

- make efficient and clear overviews of status

- be able to work independent aswell as within a team where sharing statusses and decisions is key

- communicative with all different Agile Release Trains and with management

- work with Jira and excel in order to make reports

- have an eye for detail

- have a drive for quality, high performance and security

- speak and understand Dutch
