Position Summary
Nestlé is looking for a dynamic person for a Field Sales Representative role with the potential to quickly grow and gain more responsibilities within our organization (Sales, Marketing,…) for the province of Luxemburg and Luxemburg.

We are looking for a candidate that can travel on a daily basis.
A day in the life of a Field Sales Representative
- You will visit on daily basis small and medium size clients and act as a Nestlé ambassador for all its brands within the Retail segment.
- You will collaborate with a Sales Activator (Merchandiser) and manage your merchandising budget to win with in-store activations.
- You will follow up and report on client visits, sales performance and market.
- You will analyze, interact and give feedback towards the category activator.
- You will be responsible for creating the adequate routing plan of stores in order to erach the set objectives.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor or Master’s degree, or equivalent by experience.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch, depending on the region you’re responsible for
- Being passionate, ambitious and having a commercial drive will be more important than a professional experience for this role.
- You can work autonomously, and you have excellent planning and organizational skills.
- You are customer focused and able to manage your priorities.
- You have an analytical mindset with the desire to learn and grow with the company.
- You are able to process and prioritize and handle the mass of information and tasks that you’ll receive to manage your routing, agenda and projects accordingly the priorities.
- You have a driver’s license.
