Our client ; a multinational company specialised in HVAC is looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of 5 outside sales & 1 inside sales.

Job Responsibilities :

- Ensure that the sales process is completed and respected by your team members

- You are in charge of the external quotations in terms of the pricing policy/invoicing are well-respected and identify the risks

- Participate in the activities related to sales and bring an added-value through your technical knowledge & experience and maintain the customers’ trust

- Lead & evaluate your team members & provide the adapted training in order to encourage growth , synergy and involvement .

Job Requirements:

- At least a bachelor’s degree

- At least 5 years of commercial experience

- On considerable experience as sales manager or team leader or similar people management experience would be a plus but not obligatory

- Affinity with HVAC

- Bilingual (Dutch,French)

- Soft skills of a leader
