Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business users, SMEs, and the SI teams to establish business requirements and drive solution delivery.
  • Lead regular cadences with business to understand and align on priorities.
  • Act as the business partner/analyst for planning and inventory allocation functions within the supply chain domain.
  • Drive the Order to Cash (OTC) Workstream Team from a client perspective.
  • Serve as the liaison between the business and the delivery team, representing client interests.


Competencies:

  • Digital: SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management – Quality Management


Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in SAP Quality Management and supply chain planning.


Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Quality Management solutions.
  • Experience with QM integration into order-to-delivery solutions, batch master interfaces, delivery and product segmentation in S/4HANA.
  • Understanding of planning functionality integration within the end-to-end supply chain process.
  • Proven experience across the full life cycle of SAP implementations including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live.


Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to independently drive initiatives and act on behalf of the client.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision and making autonomous decisions aligned with client objectives.
