We are currently looking to reinforce our IT Services with a SEA Engineer, part of the IT Service Operations team which maintains, operates and supports Deloitte’s internal IT infrastructure.

  • Provide 3rd line support to internal customers and support our 2nd line team where needed.
  • Work collaboratively within integrated, cross-functional teams
  • Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house.
  • Own and deliver respective deliverables
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • Take ownership of system problems and are proactive when dealing with user issues.
  • Follow up on incidents and changes with our vendors.
  • Responsible for the daily operations on our internal IT infrastructure, maintain internal applications.

We are looking for enthusiasts who are ready to innovate our existing infrastructure services, empower our internal departments to accelerate their demands and drive intrinsic business value. All while providing world class operational support to our business stakeholders.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience or you have a bachelor degree in Informatics.

Tech skills

  • ITIL certified or 3+ years of relevant experience with ITIL processes.
  • Experience with administering Windows server 2012(R2)/2016/2019 at scale, MCSA for Windows Server is a definite plus.
  • Good understanding in cloud fundamentals and are comfortable administering these environments, Azure Administrator 104 and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator is a plus.
  • Know your way around with PowerShell and other scripting languages.
  • Good understanding of network fundamentals, Cisco CCNA certification is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing VMWare environments, VCTA-DCV and VCP-DCV is a plus
  • Experience in using an ITSM tool, ServiceNow is a plus.

  • Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Presenting and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexible attitude and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Committed to quality and have a thorough approach to work.
  • Take ownership, able to get by in a complex and ever changing environment.
  • Ability to work well within a team, never want to stop learning
  • Fluent in English and professional proficiency in Dutch or French.
