Senior Business Analist

Your tasks and Core responsibilities:

· Designing and analyzing AS-IS and TO-BE processes, translating business processes into functional-technical requirements.

Analyze new business requirements and validate specifications.

Translate functional requirements into software solutions.

· Experience in planning- and logistic systems and processes, business analysis competences, testing and implementing of software solutions.

· Supplier Management

· Keep an overview of the project at all times.

· Roll out and communication of new developments

· Initiate proposals for improvement, in order to optimize the process and systems.

· Function as a guide for upcoming integrations

Experience and Skills:

  • Project management knowledge and experience in both IT & Non IT projects
  • Good communication skills
  • Can Do Mentality
  • Strong Dutch and English language skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in problem solving.
  • Ability to make priorities
  • Maintain and document all systems in your scope
  • Experience in functional and technical analyses, preferably in IT and/or logistics.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes and systems (WMS, TMS)
  • You’ve got prior knowledge of SQL and BPMN
  • Experience in working with EDI-functionalities
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and translate them
  • Report to the IT-Manager of the GROUP
