JBS Finance supports the principal companies and cross-functional campus services, as well as specialized services to many diverse stakeholders. Located in Beerse (Belgium), we are a team of all-round finance professionals with a special focus on campus support services, technical capabilities and strategic business partnering.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Controlling Janssen Belgium team.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the following processes and activities:
  • Leading and coordinating the invoicing flows linked to the IP billing models in scope of JBS
  • Performing quarter-end closing tasks, preparing the BVA’s for the IP Billing flows under JBS responsibility and ensuring correct management reporting of the models in scope.
  • Liaise with the finance teams supporting APC, EPC, MAF non GCO, One Principal and Home Office on all aspects of the IP Billing models.
  • Ensure audit readiness of the existing and new central billing models
  • Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities to leverage a central hub model for intercompany billings (cross sector)
  • Support ongoing projects and connect with financial stakeholders inside JBS and outside JBS
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who has the following profile / qualifications:
  • Proven financial, analytical and digital skills, result and performance driven.
  • Team-player and collaborative working style.
  • Motivated, flexible and pro-active, eager to take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build excellent relations with stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive change and to work under tight deadlines.
  • Master’s degree in economics with 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance.
  • Good functional knowledge of US GAAP and BE GAAP
This role will offer you deep insights in our IP operating model as part of the principal entity in Belgium. You will be able to build a finance network across the globe, liaising with stakeholders in all regions.
