Within the HR department of PVH Belux in Antwerp we are looking for an HRBP Senior. Managing, coordinating and controlling all HR generalist tasks is the main mission.

He/she will further develop the company’s HR policy and strategy and implement it in line with social legislation.

Specifically, it involves managing:

Social relations

  • Guiding social elections in the right direction
  • Organizing meetings with the works council and the CPPW
  • Make reports of the meetings and share them with the necessary people

Legal Hatch

  • Supervise social and legal obligations both in the stores and at the head office
  • Dispute management
  • Updating work regulations
  • Giving advice to the employees of the head office and the stores
  • Be responsible for writing, updating and disseminating HR procedures

HR development

  • Annual Reviews
  • Responsible for writing job descriptions
  • Set up a competency policy
  • Participate and set up various HR projects

You will report to the HR Manager and work closely with the entire team.

A good team spirit should not be missing!

Required profile:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree, you have similar experience as an HRBP of at least 5 years, ideally in the Retail sector.

Soft Skills :

You are an important discussion partner for the employees of the head office and the stores. Interpersonal and communication skills are therefore essential.

Challenge and achieving results do not scare you.

You are smiley, curious, passionate and you bring positive vibes!

Technical skills :

You are proactive, organized and accurate.

You manage the Office package well and you can handle HR systems.

Experience with Workday is a plus.

You speak Dutch, French and English fluently.
