As a key member of Korn Ferry’s Industrial division, the Senior Recruiter will play an integral part in the continued growth within our research function within our retained executive search practice.We are looking for a talented professional, highly experienced in Executive search and able to balance multiple searches at one time. The Senior Recruiter operates independently and within our core team. The individual will possess balanced judgment; communicate effectively with candidates and clients, delivers results with a high degree of professionalism and act in an ethical manner with integrity.
Key Responsibilities/accountabilities
The Senior Recruiter will primarily be responsible for:
- Generating a go-to-market search strategy, including industry, company, candidate, referral focus, in co-operation with the practice’s Client Partner and/or Managing Consultant.
- Setting assessments against client requirements and competencies.
- Conducting exhaustive research to navigate key companies and build accurate, encompassing lists of individuals accurately reflecting the client profile and critical criteria.
- Conducting initial interviews.
- Effectively presenting key research findings to team members and clients when required.
- Prepare, write, and present progress and candidate reports to client.
- Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time.
- Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database and CRM system.
- The successful individual will have a strong commercial understanding and create new business opportunities through their initial engagements with the market.
- Experienced across, Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Aviation, Aerospace or Infrastructure sectors across Executive Search, Talent acquisition or Consultancy.
- Experience in global candidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience.
- Hands-on mentality; high sense of urgency and knows how to work under pressure.
- Creative and commercial mindset.
- Extensive interest in broad spectrum of subjects.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Articulate, cogent verbal communication skills and strong written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, French, Dutch or German preferred
