We are assisting our client, who is a renowned law firm in tax law, in its search for a Senior tax lawyer with at least six years of experience in corporate tax.

This reputable firm is specialised in finding client-oriented solutions for complex legal matters.

Tasks

Description
  • Day-to-day tax management for organizations;
  • Tax risk management;
  • Compliance processes;
  • Advice and assistance with tax audits and disputes;
  • Advice on tax incentives for companies, including tax incentives for innovation;
  • Tax aspects of (Belgian and/or cross-border) corporate restructurings, including M&A;
  • International corporate taxation, including advice on double tax treaties;
  • Taxation of foreign entities in Belgium (permanent establishments, distribution of profits, compliance, etc.)
Profiles

Requirements
  • You are a tax attorney with at least 6 years of experience
  • You are Dutch speaking
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit
