Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Writer who possesses both technical expertise and outstanding communication skills. If you are driven by precision, clarity, and the desire to improve documentation processes, this opportunity is for you.

  • You write, organize, and maintain technical documentation in Infrastructure, Development, and Cybersecurity in accordance with the CYFun framework.
  • You structure and optimize existing documentation processes, enhancing organization and tagging.
  • You contribute to implementing documentation governance based on CYFun best practices tailored to the organization’s needs.
  • You collect and synthesize technical information through collaboration and interviews with internal teams.
  • You ensure the quality, consistency, and continuous updating of all technical content.
  • You collaborate with various teams to gain insights into systems, processes, and tools.
  • You guarantee traceability and version control for all documentation.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a demanding IT or technological environment.
  • You have proven knowledge of the CYFun framework.
  • You possess strong skills in analyzing, structuring, and simplifying complex technical information.
  • You have knowledge or experience with process modeling (BPMN 2.0).
  • You are proficient with documentation and collaboration tools (O365, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.).
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.
  • You are proficient in French (written and spoken) and have a good understanding of technical English.
