We believe in a responsible and safe mindset that takes care of our customers, products, and fellow employees.Join the resource revolution!Job DescriptionA the shipping officer in our Shipping department you will be responsible for a timely delivery of our parts and/or machines to our customers.Role & Responsibilities
  • You are one of our contact persons in the Shipping Department.
  • Together with your colleagues, you ensure a clear workflow and offer answers & solutions to all Shipping related questions towards internal & external stakeholders
  • You coordinate and plan the transport for all shipments from our EMEA HUB
  • You create the different bookings via our platform systems (DHL/UPS/FEDEX) for the outgoing shipments and ensure the follow-up, take necessary actions in case of escalations
  • You accurately handle all administration related to shipments from A to Z
  • You follow the assigned processes and procedures
  • You serve as back-up for your colleagues
  • you support the change in our growing environment
Qualifications
  • You are a team player, clear communication is having no secrets for you
  • You are customer minded and like to be in contact with other people
  • You have problem-solving skills, stress resistant
  • You are eager to learn and easily adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
  • You have strong administrative skills and accurate in your work
  • Some experience in Logistics & Transport is a plus, but not a must
  • You are fluent in English & Dutch (verbally and written), any other language is a plus
  • You have no 9-5 mentality and are flexible
