Site Performance Coordinator

What is your role?
- The Q8 sites and shops are the backbone of the best journey possible we want to offer our customers in the mobility of tomorrow. As the Site Performance Coordinator, it is your daily challenge to maximize the contribution of the non-fuel related activities at a number of manned service stations.
- This means that you ensure and improve shop and carwash operations, together with the dealers, site staff and the partners. You organize and optimize shop merchandising, sales and marketing activities and general site performance in close collaboration with partners and suppliers, aiming at a win-win.
- Keeping focus on customer centricity for both dealer and end customer, you ensure operational excellence of the complete site. You plan and improve dealer recruitment and implement training, watching over HSSE and HACCP rules and regulations. In between, you negotiate conditions with partners and suppliers.
- We are also curious of your findings of the market, trends, innovations and competitors, which you keep track of with your strong sense for commercial opportunities. Finally, we can count on you to smoothly manage dealer changes, shop openings and continuous improvement of all areas you are responsible for.
What do you need to fulfill this role successfully?
- A bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in retail as a foundation
- You have a number of years retail experience with food & non-food products
- You know your way around category and / or product management
- You are fluent in German, French and English (professional level)
- Evidently you have a strong commercial orientation and you thrive on the challenge of improving results
- You always keep a customer and result focus, but with a team oriented approach
- In order to react appropriately to changes, you have the flexible and creative attitude of a problem solver
- You are a people person, who loves to communicate, negotiate, persuade and motivate!
- Strong analytical skills and a natural sense for detecting flaws and new opportunities complete your profile
