Job Title: Specialist, Customer Services

As a Customer Care Specialist, together with 3 colleagues, you provide efficient customer order processing. You handle the complete delivery process including transport. You are active in complaint handling & process optimisation. You ensure an efficient and sustainable level of customer service quality to all customers. You support the account managers in the pricing process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient and timely handling of the OTC-proces in collaboration with planning department
  • Maintain & update regularly customer en country specific master data
  • Process and surveillance of customer complaints
  • Support the account manager in the pricing process
  • Search for solutions on issues that come across during the OTC-proces
  • Responsibility in procesoptimisation to increase efficiency

You bring

  • Bachelor
  • First good experience in Customer Service - Orderdesk
  • Customer-oriented, strong administrative skills, accurate, good with figures, able to prioritize under pressure, teamplayer
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Word, Excell, One Note, Teams,…)
  • Knowledge of ERP-systems, for example SAP is a plus
  • Knowledge of incoterms, liability matters pertaining to insurance is a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication in Dutch and English. French & German is a good extra.
