Within TUI Group, TUI Airline regroups all airline activities across UK, Nordics, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Morocco, France, and the Dutch Antilles.The Station Administration Officer function operates as within a multi-disciplinary team of experts and engineers driving efficiency and innovation, whilst providing administrative and organisational support to our local maintenance teams.
The goal of this role is to support the Station Management team and their respective teams to help ensure efficient and effective day to day operations of the station and the fleet.
In this role, you’ll report to the Line Maintenance Station Manager.
What You Will Be Doing
As Station Administration Officer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overall administratively supporting day to day operations at the bases;
- Organizing and coordinating the correct and employee-oriented on – and offboarding of our employees;
- Planning and organizing the required trainings and medical appointments of our employees;
- Support our payroll team with processing all HR-related documents linked to absences of our employees;
- Monitoring and rectifying the correct data-entry of employees working hours;
- Manage the office stationary requirements using the agreed TUI processes and procedures in the most cost effective manner;
- Supporting with the organization of events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements;
- Proactively suggesting optimizations and efficiencies for all administrative processes, procedures and manuals based on the data and your analysis;
- You will also attend meetings, taking notes and action items;
- As a top-notch operations administrator, you are highly organized and thrive under pressure;
- You have good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work comfortably across cultures and markets;
- You are excited managing multiple tasks from various stakeholders;
- You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 apps (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word);
- Able to balance multiple tasks in a time sensitive way, ensuring service standards are not compromised when meeting challenging deadlines;
- An effective and energetic team member, working with colleagues to deliver consistent solutions to multiple customers;
- A pro-active individual, ensures delivery to requirements, relying on team support where appropriate.
