What to expect?

The Supply Chain graduate program is a two-year end-to-end rotation, starting from September 2021. It is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and help you reach your full potential. You’ll get a chance to work across the breadth of Supply Chain, and build a broad business understanding in this fast-moving area of the company.

You will rotate through at least four roles which cover the Customer Service & Logistics and Demand planning departments, combined with Manufacturing.

In the first year, you’ll embark on different roles in our Customer Service & Logistics teams and be based in our Headquarters. You’ll later move to one of our Manufacturing plants. For 12 months, you’ll be learning all the fundamentals within a Manufacturing site as a Frontline Manager. Here you will be in charge of a full operational team where you will deliver on people and business objectives and train your people skills to the full.

During the program you will learn about project leadership and how to facilitate others on the road to success in subject matters such as process optimization, sustainability, lean management, people development, productivity, and planning efficiency.

We’ll give you a clear on-boarding, an intensive training package, learning networks, tailored support and mentoring, to make sure you are ready for your next step when you’ve completed the two-year program.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • You are a final year student, recent graduate or you’re a professional with zero to three years of work experience
  • You have full-time availability to join our graduate program in September 2021
  • You are innovative, passionate and creative
  • You love to seek out new opportunities and challenges
  • You have the eligibility to work in the Benelux
  • You are a fluent Dutch and English speaker
