Voor een multinational, vlakbij Brussels Airport en actief in de luchtvaart, zijn we op zoek naar een Logistic Officer Warehouse.De Logistic Officer Warehouse verzekert de fysieke en de informaticaflow van de stukken en modules in het magazijn.
  • Je verzekert de logistieke ondersteuning aan de productie, daar waar nodig
  • Je beheert de inkomende stroom van motoronderdelen door de traceerbaarheid ervan te verzekeren
  • Je coördineert het interne en externe transport van motoren naar de testbank en terug naar de werkplaats en beheert het laden en lossen van motoren en modules
  • Je zorgt voor de netheid en de goede verpakking van de stukken in het magazijn en de winkel
  • Je verzekert de opvolging van de stukken "scrap"
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie en alle documenten in orde zijn, en dit volgens de geldende afspraken en regels
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alles steeds ingeput is in de betrokken systemen
  • Je gaat data uitzoeken, verzamelen en rapporteren
  • Je onderhoudt constructieve en effectieve relaties met productie, configurators en andere collega’s
ENGFor a multinational company, located near Brussels Airport and active in the aviation industry, we are looking for a Logistic Officer Warehouse.The Logistic Officer Warehouse ensures the physical and computerized flow of items and modules in the warehouse.
  • You provide logistic support to production where necessary.
  • You manage the incoming flow of engine parts by ensuring their traceability.
  • You coordinate the internal and external transport of engines to the test bench and back to the workshop, and manage the loading and unloading of engines and modules.
  • You ensure the cleanliness and proper packaging of items in the warehouse and store.
  • You monitor the handling of "scrap" items.
  • You ensure that all administration and documents are in order, in accordance with the applicable agreements and regulations.
  • You ensure that everything is consistently recorded in the relevant systems.
  • You research, gather, and report data.
  • You maintain constructive and effective relationships with production, configurators, and other colleagues.
Profiel
  • Je beschikt over een diploma middelbare school. Dit is een must.
  • Een zeer goede kennis Engels is een must. Kennis van enige andere taal is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, je bent gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent snel inzetbaar en kan autonoom werken.
  • Je bent niet bang om ook fysiek de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je bent bereid in 2 ploegen te werken.
ENG
  • You have a secondary school diploma. This is a requirement.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is a must. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
  • You are strong in administration and possess strong organizational skills.
  • You can start working quickly and can work autonomously.
  • You are not afraid to be physically active.
  • You are willing to work in two shifts.
AanbodDit is in eerste instantie een tijdelijke tewerkstelling, al zeker tot begin 2024.
