You’ll help bring medicines to the world even faster by embracing challenges, imagining what’s possible and taking action.What You Will AchieveWorking with a dynamic team of Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing mid-to long-term supply chain planning, strategies and networks through a range of activities. Some of the activities that you will manage include addressing capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business growth and execution of new programs. Your team will rely on your management skills while forecasting and planning key events, and new product launches. Your breadth of experience will be leveraged for increasing effectiveness of supply chain initiatives through monitoring key performance indicators and coordinating cross-functional work teams.As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.It is your hard work and focus that will help for Pfizer’s customers and patients to receive the medicines they need, when they need them.How You Will Achieve It
  • Responsible for ensuring Supply Assurance and Supply Chain performance of assigned portfolio of products (brand and/or production line).
  • Represent plant planning team in global and regional forums (for assigned product portfolio).
  • Monitor and manage inventory shelf-life and expiry dates minimizing write-offs whilst improving processes to avoid obsolescence.
  • Plan and implement routine launch, in-line product extensions, and major product changes enabling business unit growth.
  • Perform root cause analysis of inventory deviations vs. targets and of inventory drivers and define improvement plans.
  • Serve as point of contact to brand supply leads and manufacturing sites for any questions related to supply issues, resolution plans, inventory for assigned set of products.
  • Understand and analyse forecasts and develop production volume budgets.
  • ontribute to the completion of projects and manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for activities on own projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and a state of audit readiness.
QualificationsMust-Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of production and capacity planning, shop floor control, distribution planning and inventory control
  • Ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis
  • Develop effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and quick grasp and understanding of complex situations involving many moving parts
  • Fluent both written and verbally in Dutch and English
Nice-to-Have
  • Master’s degree
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP
  • Experience in pharmaceutical operations, understanding of pharmaceutical industry commercial dynamics, trends and regulatory processes.
