As a Junior Technicien User Support you will have following responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of new machines (PC/PO) and standard software packages via procedure of automatic.
  • You will be held liable for the configuration and support of Android / iOS smartphones and tablets (knowledge of MDM management is a plus)
  • You will resolve and analyze software incidents (by phone and locally) on user configurations
  • You will be responsible for IMAC changes: installing/ moving/ adding/ changing hardware

Have you got what it takes?
  • You have 2-5 years experience in a similar role
  • You have experience with Microsoft Windows 10: administration and support and you have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory / Ad AZure)
  • You have knowledge of cloud solutions (Onedrive For Business) and remote assistance software
  • You have knowledge of ticketing tools (SAP PM / SPRINT is a plus)
  • You are customer-oriented, you respect procedures/ rules, are result-oriented, flexible and have a sense of responsibility + independence.
  • You have a knowledge of both national languages (FR and NL)
