We have offices in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and France. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Brussels. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop creative sourcing strategies to find the right candidates.

Description


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talents
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Profiles


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
