For our HR People INDITEX Belux department, we are looking for a recruitment specialist.

Reporting to the HR Director and HR People Manager, this position is based in Brussels, with regular travel in Belgium and Luxembourg.

How we see you

You already have recruitment experience in a company or consultancy, ideally in the Retail sector.

You are fluent in French and Dutch, with a good knowledge of English.

You are familiar with the challenges associated with this role and its context. Your creativity enables you to come up with new and innovative solutions.

You know how to build and maintain close relationships with your various contacts, whether they be candidates, partners or shop staff.

You’re an organized person, at ease with Office 365 and IT tools in general.

Flexible, you know how to manage your priorities, anticipate needs and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.

Your duties and responsibilities

• Ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly to provide the best possible candidate experience
• Propose various projects to improve the quality of processes or respond to difficulties encountered
• Implement the sourcing strategy
• Manage the "positions" and "candidates" databases in order to analyze them and propose action plans
• Train managers in recruitment and provide them with support where necessary
• Take part in JobDays and JobFairs organized by our various partners
