As Talent Officer you will be part of the international HR team of Alpega, a leading global software company. In this position, you will support the entire recruitment process for mainly our position mainly in Germany & Austria and potentially also other countries in Europe, build long term relationships with our candidates, and collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the hiring needs are met timely.

Your will work on...

  • Follow current and planned selection and recruitment needs throughout the various departments in collaboration with the hiring managers and HR.
  • Take the lead on the recruitment process, support the writing of job descriptions and join meetings with the hiring manager to understand all the position’s requirements.
  • Actively search for new candidates, screen CVs that come in response to our vacancies online, and build a shortlist of strong candidates to present to the hiring managers.
  • Interview and select the candidates based on their skills, expertise, potential, and cultural-fit and formulate a well-founded recommendation to the hiring managers.
  • Maintain a customer-centric attitude to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
  • Manage the ATS and recruitment tools; you track recruitment KPI’s and propose data-based improvements.
  • Create talent pools focused on strategic positions and maintain a permanent pipeline of candidates.
  • Make periodic recruitment reports and accurate analyses; both to the hiring managers and to the Talent Director.
  • Will work on several HR projects like employer branding, HR digitalization, wellbeing,…
  • Report to the Talent Director who will help you get started, but also afterward will ensure that you can continue to evolve and learn within your position.


You have...

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Psychology.
  • Recruitment experience in IT, Sales and management positions - minimum 3 years of experience
  • Strong MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems;
  • Familiar with searching through social media channels
  • Analytical mind and you are results oriented
  • Communicate in a clear and transparent manner
  • Empathy and diplomacy and easily inspire confidence;
  • Fluent in German & English and any other language is a plus
  • Already worked with an ATS system and expertise in active searching
