As the Operational purchasing Team Lead, you will be responsible for the fluidity of the entire operational purchasing team. You are the point of contact for your colleagues. In this role you aspire to be an inspiration to others; you do this by managing and coordinating the team on the one hand, and on the other hand by optimizing the operational process.You can do this by always applying the best-practises, working smoothly with SAP, and immediately recognizing where an improvement proposal can be made. You are the key figure who translates everything between people management and process management.ProfielAre you the one?Do you have
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and or demand planning environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative & solutions-oriented approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing or relevant field
  • SAP knowhow
  • Proven management skills
  • Quality and result oriented with pro-active attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
