At Fuse Engineering we dream big. We started the year with 5 offices and 30 Consultants, and we’re aiming to end the year with a bang! What’s more is that we plan on opening new offices each year which means that working for us truly opens doors to an international career. Exactly, no limits have been taken into account! Who are we? Fuse Engineering, which is part of the well-known FSM Group, is an international recruitment consultancy firm specialized in Engineering profiles. With the Group, we have known an amazing growth since we were founded in 2008. To be more specific, we grew from 2 to 160 people, which indicates perfectly our pursuit to success. With other words: we don’t stop there! Because of this growth, we are looking for a Teamleader in our office in Brussels, who has a need to succeed and so will be able to grow his/her career towards future management in a driven and ambitious environment.

Description


What would you do at Fuse Engineering?

  • You will be in charge of the complete recruitment cycle from A to Z. This means that you yourself will do the intake of a job, source and screen the right candidates, coach them to go on interview, negotiate job offers and finally close the deal.
  • You lead by example, create a great atmosphere and mentor a team of 6 people
  • You act as a right hand and sounding board for the Brand Manager, where you deliver managerial tasks which are delegated, and so upgrade your managerial skills during time.

Profiles


Who are we looking for?

  • Ideally you have had a first successful track record as a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter
  • You can speak fluently in (at least) English. French and/or Dutch are always an added value
  • You have strong mentorship skills
  • You have high personal and business goals
