Innovation Roundtable® is the leading network for innovation executives in multinational firms. We organize exclusive workshops on key innovation topics around the world, and we are currently hiring temporary staff to support our upcoming Innovation Roundtable Workshop in Leuven, Belgium on 14 and 15 May 2025.

As part of our onsite team, you will assist the Event Manager in ensuring the smooth execution of the event while also gaining behind-the-scenes experience in professional event coordination. You will also have the opportunity to attend select sessions featuring top innovation leaders, a benefit typically reserved for senior corporate professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with attendee check-in and registration
  • Providing guidance and information to participants
  • Preparing and resetting meeting rooms throughout the event
  • Collecting materials from breakout discussions
  • Supporting the event team with various onsite tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive
  • Current Bachelor’s/Master’s student or recent graduate
  • Available for both full event days (14 and 15 May 2025)
