We’re hiring a UX Lead!

For our client a leading Belgian brand in the transport sector, we are looking for a senior UX lead, who can work hands on in projects and also support and guide the current UX team. This person will also help envagelize UX within the organization. More specifically: striving for the best customer experience and looking for a compromise between the needs of the user, the business and within the boundaries of the technology.

What are we looking for? You have large experience in:
Customer Journey mapping

Defining user personas & empathy mapping.

Blueprinting

Storymapping

System Thinking.

You have experience with (remote) facilitation of UX workshops with stakeholders

You have experience drafting and conducting in-depth interviews with customers

Is this you? Yes if:
You are a senior profile in the field of User Experience Design.

You have at least 4 years of experience in a UX Lead position.

You can work autonomously with Figma.
