VP Business Operations

Responsibilities

• 
  Report directly to the CEO helping define, operationalise and track the company’s strategic and operational initiatives

• Own our internal processes, ensure they are well suited for the rapid growth of the company and lead the revision of those that are not

• Design and implement business operations aligned with company strategies that are created by the CEO and senior leadership, has the responsibility of delivering results on a day-to-day and quarter-to-quarter basis

• Understand and evolve how CluePoints thinks about measuring the success of the business and its initiatives at a corporate level. Work with individual functions to ensure enterprise objectives are aligned

• Support the CEO in preparing and delivering regular business updates to our board members and our collaborators (internal communications)

Skills needed

• 
  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Proven experience in consulting, project management, or in operating roles

• Proven knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

• Proven experience with systems-building and tools development, evaluation, and rollout

• Experience in process auditing and process improvement (including change management)

• Experience and ability to work well in an international team environment but also demonstrate competency in managing and delivering projects on your own

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record of earning influence and driving outcomes without direct authority

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, under time and resource constraints

• Experience in the eClinical industry is a plus

Qualification needed

• 
  6 to 10 years’ experience in consulting, project management, or in operating roles

• Coming from a background where you’ve seen systems and frameworks succeed and fail, and are genuinely excited by the prospect of reimagining these at the enterprise level.

• Measures of success are:

• Within your first month you will jump right in to collaborating on reimagining the company’s operating cadence for 2022, while meeting your key partners and coming up to speed on the business

• Within your third month, you will be leading the execution of our operational cadence, and building out new operational frameworks for the company

• Within your sixth month, you will have a nuanced view of our business and its internal operations, and own the future roadmap for operations at CluePoints
