We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for the management of our warehouse and daily operations. You lead a team of dedicated employees and ensure that all activities run smoothly. You report directly to the Logistics Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety in our warehouse.

Your Tasks

  • You take the lead in motivating and directing the warehouse staff.
  • You play a crucial role in managing the administrative logistics processes.
  • You ensure optimal work and staff planning.
  • You oversee inbound and outbound goods flows.
  • You implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • You ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • You report operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • You collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.

Profil

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Understanding of logistics processes and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.
  • French and English are mandatory, Dutch is a plus.
