Functional Application Support - Tasks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application support, collaborating closely with key users.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in Wiki for effective knowledge sharing.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on both existing and new digital applications and tools.
  • Conduct critical assessments of existing processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Actively participate in system and user acceptancetesting of new applications, ensuring their seamless integration.

  • Demonstrates empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
