We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Business Analyst with expertise in Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our projects align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect to model and design business processes, system requirements, and data structures.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear understanding and alignment of project objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to specifications and meet business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate that the implemented solutions meet the specified requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, system designs, and project progress.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in railway sector is mandatory !
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional or business analyst role, with a strong focus on system analysis and design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect is a must. Experience with other modeling tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience with any project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
