THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Game Engine Software Engineer to join its Game Engine team.

As Game Engine Software Engineer, you join a team that supports the design, validation and maintenance of our games’ Back End. For the sake of confidentiality and performance, the source code and the development tools are exclusively made internally. This function is at the very heart of the company’s strategy and we are looking for a motivated individual with OOP experience to integrate and collaborate with a team of enthusiasts.

YOUR ROLE

• To implement new features, develop new games and fix bugs.
• To bring your expertise during the different phases of game design.
• To work closely with the Game Design and Front End teams.
• To validate mathematical logic conceived by R&D through tests.
• To continuously work on optimizing performance and improving player experience.
• To set up automated tests, improve existing tools and develop new ones.
• To detect, analyze risk situations and put in place appropriate security mechanisms.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science
• Experience with OOP
• In-depth knowledge of C # or Java
• Maintainable, scalable and robust code writing
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
• Fluent FR
• Valid and permanent working licence
