The Global Content Coach & Coordinator takes on the challenge to coordinate all content initiatives and projects defined by the Global Omnichannel Content Strategist. You act as a guardian to ensure a consistent omnichannel experience for our content consumers.

In this role you act as a coach, provide training and guidelines to make sure peers can develop the best in class content skills within the global content strategic framework.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the TVH content inventory and controlling the quality of the delivered content;
  • Coordinating on content production initiatives by creating briefings, interviewing customers and translating business and customer behavioural insights into content requirements;
  • Acting as a key user for the content management system (CMS) and following up on the sprint rituals with the IT Product Owners;
  • Supporting and coaching the content production team and creating content guidelines to ensure a consistent omnichannel content production;
  • Applying persuasive copywriting techniques and training the content creators in order to create content that stands out and drives conversion;
  • Acting as the digital voice by inspiring both stakeholders and project team members.

  • + 3 years of experience in a relevant field;
  • Bachelor degree in Communications, Digital Marketing,..
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of content marketing and CMS;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
  • A “customer first” mindset and a “getting things done” attitude;
  • Natural born talent to make complex things easy to understand;
  • Outstanding coaching and training skills.
