Job Purpose and Impact

The Organizational Development Consultant will be responsible for leading initiatives around team effectiveness, organizational design, leadership, engagement, culture and change management with a focus on Organizational culture intervention. In this role, you will be an expert in the processes, tools and methodologies associated with these domain areas as well as have significant insight to external solutions and future thinking which could be brought into solutions. You will serve as a hands on practitioner supporting enterprises to diagnose, propose and deliver human resources solutions within the talent performance domain scope.

Key Accountabilities
  • Represent the needs of the organizational development team in the diagnosis, design and execution of solution offerings.
  • Partner with and provide strategic thought to identify and recommend appropriate solutions, align on solution design creation and leverage existing global solutions and service providers.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and act as a consultant to oversee and accelerate organizational development projects and provide oversight and leadership to increase employee engagement and drive high performance.
  • Define and monitor performance and service quality metrics in alignment with global human resources solutions and talent and performance strategic objectives.
  • Foster the implementation OD solutions to achieve the desired business results and provide an excellent client experience.
  • Nurture a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communications skills
  • Confirmed consulting skills that drive high performance
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or other post-secondary degree
  • Confirmed Organizational Culture experience including Blueprint design & measurement and Deployment in the Organization
  • Organizational development or change management certification
  • Process development experience and systems thinking capability
  • Project management experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant business or human resources experience
  • Experience of working in a large, matrixed organisation
