GLOBAL MGR., EQUITIES
Main accountabilities
- Execution of global incentive shares and options schemes (grant communications, mapping and tracking)
- Global oversight and control of equity processes ("helicopter view") with Zones
- Management of Africa and APAC Equity (including accruals, actual reporting, termination discussions and execution..) in partnership with Zones and Bud APAC Equity Manager
- Request option exercise and RSU vest calculations, review calculations, instruct reporting and cross-charging and communicate to employees and internal stakeholders
- Assisting global finance with reporting and Cross-Charges with InBev NV (Parent company)
- Overall equity projects oversight (e.g. equity tool migration, execution of Ambev treatment of PSUs, Tax tool stabilization and simulation tool, Workdays integration in equity tool, overall equity process review, leaver process, Zone/local setup of equity tool,…)
- Manage reporting compliance of long-term incentives. Global reporting requirements (assisting global finance with reporting/cross charges for Parent Company, Equity data and dividend data for tax return filings,…). Zone equity reporting requirements for Africa and APAC
- Appropriate trading disclosure requirements with Belgian Securities Regulator (FSMA) in line with European Market Abuse Regulations, as well as other Securities filings in other jurisdictions
- Share and options trades : Instruct brokers and financial institutions as well as international clearing and settlement institutions to coordinate trades in the Company’s shares, ADR and options. Instruct ABI Relationship banks for timely transfer of funds and delivery of securities (shares and ADR).
- Supporting on AB InBev semi-annual dividend payment of Parent Company - Coordination of the process for timely and accurate execution.
- Act as a steward of the Company’s share capital and diluted shares position: Partner with the Global Control Function to ensure accurate and timely IFRS reporting of the Company’s diluted shares positions, accountable for the reporting on treasury shares, support Zone & Global Reward and Mobility Function and the Finance function to ensure data is correctly captured in the accounting/tracking systems of the Group.
Qualifications
Required skills:
Experience:
- At least 5-7 years business experience in a international environment with exposure to executive shares & options plans in a multinational company and/or securities handling in financial institution.
- Familiar with public share trading & settlement and clearing of share transactions.
- Management or financial degree
- Strong personality and assertiveness to deal directly with senior management requests
- Strong analytical skills
- Independent mind and ability to work autonomously, in a result oriented and problem solving way.
- Organized, mindful of deadlines, stress resistant, resilient
- Rigorous and able to work in a meticulous way.
- Strong drive for superior performance, accuracy and precision with zero tolerance to mistakes
- High degree of honesty, integrity and sense of confidentiality
- Confident in advising senior executives (strong communication skills)
- Ease in leading teams or departments out of one’s scope
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Fluent in English (Extensive reviews of legal documentation for plans), Dutch or French is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SAP (ERP) invoicing and payment processing
