We need a Global Process Owner for Hire-To-Retire.

You will work across the organisation to provide an optimised employee’s life cycle experience, by covering all processes supporting the HR activities within the company, including the definition of global processes and local customisation.

The Hire-To-Retire end-to-end global processes begins with Workforce Planning and continues on to Selection and Onboarding, followed by Talent Management (incl. Performance Management, L&D, Comp&Ben, Total Rewards…), Time & Attendance, Payroll, HR administration (required to maintain and sustain a workforce), ending with Employee’s Offboarding.

If you have an extensive knowledge of the HR processes, passion for employee experience and the ambition to be at the forefront of this journey of transformation to help design the future of TVH, this role of Global Process Owner could be your next challenge

The Main Responsibilities Of a Global Process Owner
  • > Together with your team and other process stakeholders, you define the future end-to-end process template for global use, in line with the TVH strategy.
  • -> You drive the TO-BE process design, enforcing leading practice and a standard solution outcome, while ensuring differentiating processes.
  • > You have the autonomy to decide how to operationalise processes in alignment with the strategic vision. Determining priorities, escalating issues, and reporting risks to the programme management, are also activities that fall within your responsibilities.
  • > You understand the design options and take active part in decision-making by being involved throughout the full investigation process.
  • > You are responsible for leading the TO-BE process design workshops as well as the day-to-day activities of the team and follow up on the status and progress.
  • > You support the change enablement and adoption to bring people together and ensure buy-in for the transformation on a global and local level.
