Join us in shaping the future of digital experiences in B2B eCommerce. At Global UX, we’re on a mission to transform how users engage with our brand across the globe. Our primary focus is redefining the eCommerce experience — creating seamless journeys that empower our customers to find what they need, when they need it. We’re not just designing interfaces — we’re rethinking every touchpoint in our customers’ journeys. As we expand our team, we’re looking for a UX Designer who wants to create user-centric solutions that drive real impact. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to grow alongside a team that values continuous learning and shared success, this is your chance to make your mark.
Your role and responsibilities
As a UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, intuitive experiences across our digital platforms.
You Will
- Partner with product owners, engineers, content strategists, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end user journeys that align with both user needs and business goals.
- Lead UX activities on key projects — from discovery to delivery — balancing customer insights, business requirements, and technical feasibility.
- Leverage our design system to ensure consistency across our digital ecosystem, while proactively suggesting optimizations and improvements.
- Facilitate co-creation workshops and design critiques, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Advocate for the user’s perspective across the organization, using research insights and data to influence product decisions.
- Challenge initial requests to get to the root cause of business problems and propose solutions that address the actual user need.
- Identify opportunities to improve our current experiences and drive innovation in our eCommerce platform.
We’re looking for a designer who can turn complexity into clarity and help us raise the bar for B2B digital experiences.
- More than 5 years of experience designing digital products or services, with at least part of that experience in eCommerce.
- Experience with B2B eCommerce or other complex business platforms.
- Proven track record of leading UX workstreams on a project level.
- Experience with user-centered design methods — from discovery and information architecture to wireframing and prototyping.
- Strong skills in Figma or similar design tools.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries, with a focus on applying and optimizing existing components.
- Ability to balance tactical deliverables with long-term strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills — you’re comfortable presenting your ideas and building relationships across teams.
- Ability to navigate technical constraints and leverage knowledge of back-end systems to optimize solutions creatively.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies (no need to code, but understanding the possibilities helps you collaborate better).
- An online portfolio showcasing your process, not just the final output.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, or accessibility audits.
- Knowledge of B2B or eCommerce platforms.
- Certifications from NNG, IDxF, or other UX training programs.
- A chance to shape the UX practice in a global company with big ambitions.
- The opportunity to work on products that genuinely help businesses operate more efficiently.
- A team that values collaboration, transparency and continuous learning.
- A competitive salary with benefits such as meal vouchers and insurances.
- Flexible working hours, home working and a healthy work-life balance.
- 20 paid vacation days and 12 WTR days.
- An easily accessible work location (but remote work is also possible).
- A people-centric culture where your fitness and mental well-being matter.
- Lunch breaks and sports facilities in TVH Park, the company’s green zone.
- Access to LinkedIn Learning and many in-house (and external) training courses.
- Fun after works and other optional events (e.g. TVH Kaffee).
TVH is a global business with a family atmosphere, where people are at the center. We value clarity, mutual respect, kindness and open communication. Our people are down-to-earth, easy to work and engage with. We welcome differences and celebrate new ideas.
About TVH
