Invibes - an international technology company that specialises in in-feed online advertising - is looking for a Group Sales Operations Manager (work from the Group HQ office in Ghent).

What you will do:

  • Be a central point of contact for national sales teams on pre-sales topics, sales support materials, international guidelines and best practices;
  • Lead on Invibes sales know-how information hub - to leverage the knowledge and expertise of national sales teams across all Invibes markets;
  • Be an expert in Invibes proprietary sales tools and third party sales enablement solutions to help our sales teams to excel in their daily tasks;
  • Manage cross-team and cross-markets information exchange between national sales teams and group level functions - tech, marketing, campaign management etc.
  • Managing group level pre-sales requests and needs of the sales teams to continuously improve effectiveness and quality of pre-sales process and information available to the sales teams;
  • Organise trainings/upgrade programs for sales on marketing, ad tech, sales topics (internal and external)
  • Provide support on Invibes platform Pre-sales support on Data, Targeting and Invibes platform capabilities;
  • Develop and update group pre-sales materials: master decks, manuals, guides, research, one-pagers, special offers, benchmarks studies, etc;
  • Collect, adapt and share local best practices and insights with the sales teams across Invibes Network;

What you need to succeed:

  • +2 years of experience in a relevant operations, sales or marketing role
  • Have a first experience working in the advertising industry
  • Knowledge of online advertising technologies, agency business and/or marketing fundamentals;
  • Good knowledge working in Excel (reports, analytics), PowerPoint (pitch decks) and CRM;
  • Knowledge of sales analytics, market research, online advertising KPIs;
  • Fluent level in English to work cross-teams in a fast-growing international sales organisation;
