For our GUESS Store in Woluwe we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager. Are you the one who can inspire and motivate to achieve your goals? Then we would like to get in touch with you!
As ASM of the GUESS store, your mission is to provide a GUESS customer experience to all consumers. Together with your team, you show visitors the collections and implement the latest developments in the store.

Your core tasks are:
  • Creating the GUESS customer experience
  • Support the Store Manager
  • Motivating your team members
  • Assist with VM activities
  • Ensure a good atmosphere in the store
Requirements for the ASM:
  • Some relevant retail experience
  • Background in sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive mindset
