We are looking for a Head of Planning and Master Data who is visionary, focused on continuous improvement, and excellent at team management to join our Braine Supply Chain team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Walloon Region, Belgium.
About the Role
As the Head of Planning and Master Data, you will play a central role in optimizing our supply chain operations. You will be at the heart of planning processes, master data management, and continuous improvement, ensuring our production efficiently meets demand while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate closely with the Global Supply Chain team and other key departments such as Production, Quality Assurance, and Data Management. You will be surrounded by a dynamic and dedicated team committed to the success of our internal manufacturing operations and the continuous improvement of processes.
What You Will Do
- You will drive the S&OP process for the Braine site.
- You will be responsible for aligning production volumes with the global strategy.
- You will manage planning operations to optimize asset utilization.
- You will lead master data management activities to ensure state-of-the-art accuracy.
- You will develop KPIs to enhance supply chain reliability and speed.
- You will ensure that processes comply with regulatory requirements.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following qualifications, experience, and skills
- Expertise in planning and master data management, ideally in a GxP environment.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Advanced skills in SAP and other reporting tools.
- Experience in team management and change management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
