Purpose of the job:

The main role of HealthHub Signalling Application Architect is to lead the technical interface between the Tenders/Projects, HealthHub Signalling Development team (DMS Program team) in supporting the DMS Program Manager to build a product roadmap and efficiently deploy the HealthHub Signalling on Projects.

Internal : Engineering, Technical teams, R&D, HealthHub, ATS, …

External: start-ups, IT companies, other industrial companies, suppliers, academics, research institutes

Key accountabilities and Resposibility:
  • Perform the gap analysis at tender phase in cooperation with Bid Technical Managers and HealthHub Signalling ; identify the core developments that need to be done by documented it in a System Analysis document which includes:
    • External interfaces,
    • System functional requirements,
    • and System Architecture description up to component allocation
  • Work with HealthHub Signalling development team in order to integrate tender / Project needs in HealthHub Signalling roadmap and follow development
  • Support the team for HealthHub Signalling deployment on the project
  • Facilitate (correspondence, meetings...) resolution of technical issues on HealthHub Signalling. Be the front office of HealthHub Signalling for troubleshooting / root cause identification in all phases of the user projects
  • Attend the System Change Control Boards (CCB) in order to ensure that user project need could be implemented in an optimized way
  • On projects demands, attend projects Change Control Boards (CCB) in order to ensure that the specific demands are consistent with System standard application
  • Propose System evolutions to the DMS Program Manager according to Return on Experience captured on projects execution as well as the needs collected from the service teams in Maintenance contracts execution

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent

Experience
  • 5 to 15 years in IT, telecom and/or digital companies startups Extensive knowledge of system composed of several softwares and HW.
  • Strong experience in system or product defintion using RBSE and MBSE
  • Knowledge of diagnostic protocols (SNMP, webservices) and maintenance data format (UIC 559)
  • Knowledge of Asset Management System
  • Knowledge of network and security : SSL, certifcates, IPSEC, Active Directory, LDAP.
