Job content

o Daily management of the IT network.

o Based on existing tools, you register and follow up calls, incidents or problems.

o Identify, analyze and record hardware, software and infrastructure problems.

o Solve problems (hardware, software and infrastructure).

o Respect the SLA with internal and external customers.

o Correct administrative follow-up of IT related activities.

o Staying up to date with regard to IT evolution.

o 2-3 years of relevant experience (similar function all-round).

o Extensive technical baggage regarding the various IT systems and applications.

• Identify, analyze and register hardware, software and infrastructure problems.

• Respect the SLA with internal and external customers.

• Correct administrative follow-up of IT-related activities

Technical knowledge:

• Windows 10 /11

• Office 365 + MS authenticator + MS Teams

• Intune

• IOS – Android devices

• SCCM

• Hardware interventions (desktop/laptop)

• Network administration

• Knowledge of Powershell and/or other programming languages ​​is an added value.
