ROLE?

In this role you will report to the Project & IT Manager. Your mission is to provide first line support to internal users and to ensure that they can make the best use of their hardware and applications.

Main Activities :

  • First point of contact for the Operations team for all IT software concerns
  • Investigate the root of the problem
  • Provide solutions or corrections to the issue detected
  • If necessary, escalate the problem to an IT system expert when the problem exceeds the level of Local IT Support.
  • Follow the escalation of incidents until they are solved.
  • Active Participation to projects
  • Implementation of improvement projects in which CEVA is involved
  • Monitoring of these projects
  • Administrative management
  • Follow-up of tickets/requests, ...
  • IT system access management (IT Security)
  • Documenting IT procedures

PROFILE?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer management or equivalent through experience
  • Knowledge of Software such as SAP, WCS, Windows office, …
  • Ability to à faire des SQL is an asset
  • Excellent level of communication with various stakeholders at all levels,
  • Ability to analyse, work independently and manage fluctuating priorities
  • Continuous improvement, solutions and results oriented
  • Proficiency in English
