Your responsibilities:
As a trusted advisor to our Regional Depot Operations, you will be the liaison between the business and HR colleagues. You are responsible to drive the change in the organization culture. You will coach line managers to ensure good quality roll out of HR systems and provide support to the functions where appropriate.
The scope of activities includes:
1. Advising line management on how to handle member issues, career, development and organisation matters (including appraisal, moderation, development committee,…) :

- Master in Business, Economics, Administration or HR Management

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play an important role in the further growth of TME and in unleashing people’s and the organizational potential. You’ll be responsible for providing sound counsel and guidance to Supply Chain management and employees in all areas of P&I (=HR) practices in line with the business strategy. You will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team.
Your responsibilities:

You will coach line managers to ensure good quality roll out of HR systems and provide support to the functions where appropriate.
The scope of activities includes:
1. Advising line management on how to handle member issues, career, development and organisation matters (including appraisal, moderation, development committee,…) :
- Acts as single point of contact for employees and management of Supply Chain, Regional Depot Operations
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, career development, etc.)
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of HR processes and a good understanding of labour legislation
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Drives, develops and executes HR communication in our Regional Depot Operations
2. Responding to team member issues:
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
3. Understanding our clients, their structure, key stakeholders and their business objectives:
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes in the client group
- Steers the Competency & Performance Management cycle and safeguard the quality in order to develop our people
- Collects feedback from our clients, supports improvement activities and proposes solutions
4. Coordination of HR processes:
- Is an HR ambassador and a champion in excellent execution of HR transactional processes (hiring requests, headcount tracking, etc.)
- Ensures all HR systems and data are accurate and up-to-date (PeopleSoft, Moderation tool, …)
- Acts as liasion within HR on behalf of our client group
