Farmaline, the online pharmacy for Belgium, is the largest and leading online pharmacy in our country. We have been operating from our office in Tongeren since 2008. Farmaline is part of Shop Apotheke Europe, which in turn is active in the European E-commerce sector with multiple websites. We are always looking for talented and motivated people to join our team.

As an HR Business partner (m/f/d) , you will work closely together with general management and be the point of contact for our managers and employees for all HR related questions. In order to fill our vacancies you optimally steer our recruitment process.
Together we work on exciting initiatives to make Farmaline an even better employer.

Your tasks

You have both operational and more policy-related responsibilities in all areas of HR:

  • You play an active role in coordinating and implementing the various HR activities: recruitment & selection, onboarding, salary policy, talent and performance management, training policy, career succession and growth trajectories, organizational structure, absence policy, ....;

  • You provide professional advice to managers and directors. You act as a sparring partner regarding various HR-topics;

  • In addition, you are also the contact point for employees;

  • You initiate, implement and supervise various HR projects, both for your own business and at group level;

  • You keep your knowledge up-to-date regarding trends and evolutions within your field of expertise and you maintain contacts with various external relations;

  • You monitor the cooperation with external suppliers of HR services;

  • You have an active role in the continuous evaluation and optimization of HR processes;

  • You are the go-to person when it comes to HR budgeting, together with the HR controller of Shop-Apotheke;

  • In consultation with the social administration office, you ensure the proper preparation and administrative handling of more complex socio-legal questions and subsidy files. The payroll is done by a colleague.


Profil

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in HR (in a start-up or scale-up company)

  • Profound knowledge of Belgium labor law and social insurances / tax

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English (verbal and written)

  • Hands on Mentality

  • We are looking for passionate "doers", decisive with the ability to quickly implement new ideas

  • Your way of working is independent with high demands on quality and reliability

  • Your working method is characterized as structured, organized and goal-oriented
