Demonstrable experience in writing selection reports

Demonstrable experience in screening CVs

Demonstrable experience in behavioral interviewing

Demonstrable experience with employee and/or manager profiles

Demonstrable experience with technical profiles

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Demonstrable experience in conducting telephone screenings

Demonstrable experience in planning and organizing a large package of vacancies
