Our client, a major actor in the Pharmaceutical Industry, is looking for an HR Specialist who will support the HR Business Partner and who will work independently on HR topics and projects.

Opened to Freelance & Permanent Profiles

Your role will be as follows:

  • You will support the local HRBP in his responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of the employment contracts
  • You will be managing the career changes
  • You will be in charge of the communication of the incentives through letters
  • You will be responsible for writing the job descriptions
  • You will be in charge of the internal and external recruitment
  • You will constantly be in contact with the personnel and the consultants
  • You will handle the requests from the Managers and Employees during their life cycle at the company
  • You will ensure the current working system accuracy
  • You will be in constant interaction with the HR Operations department
  • You will be in charge of a High Potential Program, in this case, ASE Stipend
  • You will support the Global Employee Survey 2017 as the local GES coordinator
  • You will support the NFCM Controls Audit readiness

Your profile:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • You are Fluent in English & Dutch
  • You are autonomous and proactive
  • You can deal with pressure
  • You have a strong ability to multitask
