As the HR Manager of NGDATA, your main responsibility is to provide strategic support in the various HR domains which include Recruitment, Talent Enablement, Employee Counseling, Learning & Development, and more.
- In this role, you will be able to have a significant impact on our business by co-creating and developing people-centered strategic HR practices.
Opportunities
- Collaborate in an effective way with the different stakeholders all over the world;
- Get in touch with different HR practices all around the globe (EMEA, APAC, NA);
- Work as part of a distributed organization;
- Define and build the HR organization;
- You’ll report directly to the COO.
Responsibilities
- Owning all HR processes, and working closely together with internal and external stakeholders;
- Driving all recruitment activities on a global scale;
- Following up on local legislation, and making sure NGDATA is compliant;
- Handling all administrative HR Tasks;
- Processing payrolls in multiple countries;
- Being responsible for the development of the #PeopleOfNGDATA;
- Coaching and advising employees and managers on all HR related matters;
- Managing the Belgian Facilities.

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills;
- Discipline to document and record results;
- Enjoying constantly expanding your knowledge base;
- Good advisory skills;
- Strong Ethical standards;
- A strong “can do” attitude;
- You possess analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Technical background
- A master’s degree in human resources or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in a general HR role in an international IT environment;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Knowledge of various HR functions including payroll, compensation & benefits, onboarding, evaluation, learning & development;
- Good understanding of local labor laws;
- Understanding of international labor law is considered a plus.
